 THE TOUR: This is the 1st annual FIRST TRAKS WINTER TOUR. The point of this tour is to celebrate snow and the upcoming ski season. Our goal is to hit as many ski towns as possible to build up some hype for riding, music, and snow culture in 2011/12. Over the next 2 months AreaOne will be searching for sponsorship from local board shops to add give-aways for each event. We are going to do our best to be in each town around the opening weekend of their respective ski hill. The tour will include: PRODUCTION: • DJ SETS - BRYX will be headlining each show with B-RON opening up. Each show will have a local supporting act chosen by the promoter playing from 10 - 11. Followed by B-RON 11-1230 and BRYX 1230 - 2. • VISUALS - We will have a collection of custom winter visuals including ski and snowboard films, logos, winter graphics, text, etc. If the venue does not have projectors with screens. We can discuss options of bringing our own. • ADVERTISING - A tour poster is displayed above. AreaOne will be creating all the posters for each town with appropriate information. Promoters are responsible for advertising costs. EXTRAS: • MIX TAPES - BRYX & B-RON will be recording new mix tapes for the tour to give away – Perfect listening material for the ski season. • FREE GIVE AWAYS - Tour stickers & T-Shirts, AreaOne merchandise • MERCH BOOTH - Deadicated Apparel will be setting up a merch table with t-shirts, hoodies, etc. available for purchase. Along with some free giveaways. BIO's: BRYX BRYX is one of Canada's Up-and-Coming artists to look out for. Putting in work since the tender age of 12.. BRYX has developed a style of DJ-ing most people after would describe as a beast. Due to his relentless sets, with no filler, and always keepin' it hype. Known for his Thursday night residency at SHAMBHALA MUSIC FESTIVAL. BRYX has stirred up the pot for his antics, and has gained attention from big names such as The Glitch Mob, Krafty Kuts, Aceyalone, Atomic Hooligan, Nick Thayer, A. Skillz. Opened for pretty much all his favourite artists over the years, including 2 Live Crew when he was 16 years old. BRYX has a mad amount of experience and it shows when you watch him live. Known to play literally anything at anytime...and to change genres up on the fly to match the crowd he's playing for, BRYX is a chameleon on the turntables, and is guaranteed to make you move! Other accomplishments: Redbull 403 - 3 Style party rockin' champion, and has also hosted his own radio show.
